I think I'm the only person I know who can say with confidence my remodel was NOT stressful thanks to Rania. This review is going to be a challenge for me to keep concise. Her services were so incredibly valuable for our home remodel (where nearly EVERYTHING was changed including significant structural work).
Let me begin with the design help she provided: we gave her plans from our architect and Rania was able to move things around that allowed for better function of our home. For example: she added a mud room in our home, edited the design of our master bath to be larger and include a toilet room, and totally designed our kitchen from top to bottom (which was moved to an entirely different area in our home). She is very knowledgeable of city requirements so permitting went smoothly. The changes were just so important and have added immense value for us and our home.
Now when it comes to picking the "fun" stuff like tile, appliances, door handles, paint, etc: Rania will treat it like her own home while also honoring your taste and preferences. She is very much aware of the budget and strictly sticks to it during the whole process. She did not make me feel uncomfortable if her initial suggestions were not my preference and instead she worked hard to find me what I wanted. Also, these decisions initially seem like they would be the "fun" part of the project but you realize when going to these stores to pick out tile, slabs, appliances, etc that the decisions are endless and very quickly become over whelming. Rania helped me narrow things down simply based on my inspiration photos.
Where Rania really shines the most is behind the scenes, especially when things went "wrong" or something needed to be solved that I did not have the knowledge or expertise to make decisions on. For example, I had NO clue if my kitchen should have 3 or 4 pendants, where they should go, or what size I should be looking for. Another example, when there was an issue with how my cabinet maker measured something, Rania quickly solved the problem and all went smoothly.
I do not have enough good things to say about Rania. Her services are worth every penny and I promise you will never regret investing in a designer for any project, big or small. And no project is too big for her!
