I think I'm the only person I know who can say with confidence my remodel was NOT stressful thanks to Rania. This review is going to be a challenge for me to keep concise. Her services were so incredibly valuable for our home remodel (where nearly EVERYTHING was changed including significant structural work).

Let me begin with the design help she provided: we gave her plans from our architect and Rania was able to move things around that allowed for better function of our home. For example: she added a mud room in our home, edited the design of our master bath to be larger and include a toilet room, and totally designed our kitchen from top to bottom (which was moved to an entirely different area in our home). She is very knowledgeable of city requirements so permitting went smoothly. The changes were just so important and have added immense value for us and our home.

Now when it comes to picking the "fun" stuff like tile, appliances, door handles, paint, etc: Rania will treat it like her own home while also honoring your taste and preferences. She is very much aware of the budget and strictly sticks to it during the whole process. She did not make me feel uncomfortable if her initial suggestions were not my preference and instead she worked hard to find me what I wanted. Also, these decisions initially seem like they would be the "fun" part of the project but you realize when going to these stores to pick out tile, slabs, appliances, etc that the decisions are endless and very quickly become over whelming. Rania helped me narrow things down simply based on my inspiration photos.

Where Rania really shines the most is behind the scenes, especially when things went "wrong" or something needed to be solved that I did not have the knowledge or expertise to make decisions on. For example, I had NO clue if my kitchen should have 3 or 4 pendants, where they should go, or what size I should be looking for. Another example, when there was an issue with how my cabinet maker measured something, Rania quickly solved the problem and all went smoothly.

I do not have enough good things to say about Rania. Her services are worth every penny and I promise you will never regret investing in a designer for any project, big or small. And no project is too big for her!

Working with Rania at Studio B Interior and Design was an amazing experience. She completely transformed our kitchen, bathrooms, and entire house, and made it beautiful beyond our expectations. Rania is incredibly detail-oriented and was able to discover several opportunities to improve the function and flow of our home. I highly recommend her.

We worked with Rania Bouza of Studio B Interiors on the complete redesign of our primary bathroom, and we are absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. From the beginning, Rania spent time getting to know us, understanding our style, and really listening to the feeling we wanted the space to have. We gave her the overall “vibe” we were trying to achieve, but the vision that brought it all together was hers.

What impressed us most was her ability to see the entire room as one cohesive design. Rania reimagined the layout, including relocating the bathtub and creating a pony wall at the shower, which completely opened up the room and helped create the calm, luxurious, spa-like feeling we wanted. She selected virtually every design element — tile, cabinetry, countertops, colors, finishes, lighting and fixtures — while still giving us plenty of opportunity to weigh in and make the final choices.

She also put a tremendous amount of effort into helping us visualize everything before we committed. She made multiple trips to our home with samples so we could see how the various colors, materials and finishes worked together in the actual space, and later went shopping with us for countertops and cabinetry to help make sure every new selection complemented the overall design. That attention to how all of the individual elements related to one another is where her design talent really showed.

Like any substantial remodel, there were a few moments along the way that required some extra coordination, but those are a very small part of our overall experience and certainly not what we will remember about the project. What we will remember is walking into the finished bathroom and seeing a space that feels completely different from what was there before, yet feels exactly like us.

We would absolutely recommend Rania and Studio B Interiors and would happily work with her again. In fact, before the bathroom was even completely finished, we asked whether she would take on the redesign of our kitchen as well. To us, that probably says more than anything else about how pleased we are with both her work and the final result.
