Our streamlined design approach covers all necessary design development and documentation to execute each project efficiently.
From Concept to Completion
Our process begins with a 15-minute discovery call where we cover the basics of your project-location, scale, timeline, and budget. We discuss our availability, design process, and client expectations to determine if we're the right fit.
Next, we schedule a 90-minute on-site consultation to gather all the necessary details for developing a project design fee and client agreement. During this session, we also review the client preferences questionnaire sent after the discovery call.
Once under contract, we commence the design development phase, which includes two presentations that illustrate our design vision. This exploratory process concludes with final selections and an illustrated design concept.
We then convert our design vision into all the required specification documents, drawings, and schedules, enabling accurate contractor bidding. Although this phase is detailed and time-consuming, it is essential for the successful execution of the design.
After handing off the final design package to the contractor, we maintain ongoing communication with you and your team of trades. We address any queries and ensure our design vision is executed to perfection, including a set number of site visits.
The final step is styling and photography-a moment our clients eagerly anticipate. We add accessories and finishing touches to transform your space into a magazine-worthy showcase, and our photographer captures the completed design to feature in our portfolio.
